"There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so." William Shakespeare
When I offered a friend some chocolates she declined.

"I don't know how you can have such smooth skin and eat so many chocolates," she said. "If I did my skin would break out in spots."

"It's because of my beliefs," I said.

My friend shook her head in amazement.

I used to share my friend's belief that certain foods make me break out in spots or make me put on weight. I no longer have that belief.

As I see it, all is Love and Love has no opposites. In other words, there are no polarities; they only exist because man thinks them into being. I prefer to simply focus on what I enjoy. Even when occasionally I have something I don't particularly enjoy, I don't judge it as good or bad.

I love chocolate! Yum!
